To choose the correct size for these compression socks, you should base your choice on three measurements: your shoe size, your ankle measurement at its narrowest point, and your calf measurement at its widest point. It is important to use your measurements to ensure that the compression socks fit properly and provide the correct level of compression.
Use a measuring tape to determine your calf and ankle measurements. Also, remember to take the measurements as early in the day as possible, preferably right after waking up, since legs and feet tend to swell during the day.

The compression socks can be washed at 40°C without fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Air dry.
Remember to wash the compression socks after each use – this helps maintain the material’s elasticity and compression, as the fibres are able to contract again during washing.
