A binding agreement is concluded only when you have received the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any order.
All orders are considered final once placed. As orders are processed immediately in our automated system, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order after completion. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.
If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you via email to find a suitable solution. We do not backorder items.
We reserve the right for items to sell out.
Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to delivery where we identify behaviour that indicates misuse of our services, including but not limited to excessive returns, abnormal order patterns, or behaviour that results in unreasonable operational or administrative costs.
This may include, for example:
-
Unusually high return rates over time

Repeated ordering followed by full returns

Systematic use of the right of withdrawal in a manner that goes beyond normal consumer behaviour
Where such action is taken, it is based on protecting the integrity and sustainability of our business operations and customer service quality.

We may perform additional verification checks before or after order confirmation, including identity or payment validation.
In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, we reserve the right to involve relevant payment providers and, where necessary, report the matter to competent authorities.

All prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT and in the relevant local currency depending on the market.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes beyond our control, including tax changes, supplier pricing, or typographical errors.

Delivery Delays
If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
You have the right to cancel the purchase in case of significant delays.

Minfot shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labour disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, transport disruptions, or failures of third-party suppliers or logistics providers.
In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation.

In the event of a complaint, we may request supporting documentation such as photos of the defect and product details (e.g. batch number or order confirmation) to assess the issue.
Approved claims will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and we will determine whether repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund is appropriate based on the nature of the defect.
For consumers habitually resident in Ireland, your statutory rights are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2022. We always aim to resolve disputes directly with our customers in a fair and efficient manner.
