When choosing the size of compression socks, you need to know not only your shoe size but also your ankle and calf measurements. This is very important to ensure the correct level of compression.

Measure around the ankle where it is the narrowest and around the calf where it is the widest. Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference and take the measurements first thing in the morning, before your legs have started to swell.

The compression socks can be washed at 40°C without fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Air dry.

Remember to wash the compression socks after each use – this helps maintain the material’s elasticity and compression, as the fibres are able to contract again during washing.

Beställde dessa pga. av graviditet och de motsvarar mina förväntningar: De är sköna och slitstarka precis som mina andra strumpor från Min Fot. Bra blå rg. Stödstrumporna i bomull känns något fastare/mindre stretchiga än de motsvarande bambu, kanske inte så konstigt i och med materialet. Mät fot, ankel och ben då det är tajta stödstrumpor. Uppskattar verkligen förstärkningen undertill.
