The socks come in five colors inspired by the Scandinavian northern lights and are designed with compression class 1 (15–21 mmHg). The graduated compression helps your legs feel more energized throughout the day while reducing swelling, fatigue, and discomfort. It also helps prevent blood clots and varicose veins while providing a pleasant, massage-like sensation.

The bamboo viscose allows the socks to follow the natural shape of your legs and feet, giving a soft, smooth, and flexible feel against the skin. Size guide: In the “size guide”, you can see which size to choose based on your calf measurement, ankle measurement, and shoe size. It is recommended to take your measurements in the morning before your legs and feet begin to swell.

When choosing the size of compression socks, you need to know not only your shoe size but also your ankle and calf measurements. This is very important to ensure the correct level of compression.

Measure around the ankle where it is the narrowest and around the calf where it is the widest. Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference and take the measurements first thing in the morning, before your legs have started to swell.

The compression socks can be washed at 40°C without fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Air dry.

Remember to wash the compression socks after each use – this helps maintain the material’s elasticity and compression, as the fibres are able to contract again during washing.
