The socks feature compression class 1 (15–21 mmHg), which helps improve blood circulation in the legs and feet. This reduces swelling, fatigue, and soreness while helping to prevent varicose veins and blood clots. The compression also provides a pleasant, massage-like sensation.

When choosing the size of compression socks, you need to know not only your shoe size but also your ankle and calf measurements. This is very important to ensure the correct level of compression.

Measure around the ankle where it is the narrowest and around the calf where it is the widest. Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference and take the measurements first thing in the morning, before your legs have started to swell.

The compression socks can be washed at 40°C without fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Air dry.

Remember to wash the compression socks after each use – this helps maintain the material’s elasticity and compression, as the fibres are able to contract again during washing.
