The compression is graduated, with the highest level of pressure around the ankle, gradually decreasing up the leg. Size guide: Choose your size based on your calf measurement, ankle measurement and shoe size according to the size guide. Ideally, measure your calf and ankle in the morning before your legs and feet have had time to become more swollen during the day.

The production process uses solar energy from the factory's own solar panel system, among other energy sources. From yarn and knitting to the finished product, the focus is on carefully considered material choices and comfortable compression socks designed for regular use.

When choosing the size of compression socks, you need to know not only your shoe size but also your ankle and calf measurements. This is very important to ensure the correct level of compression.

Measure around the ankle where it is the narrowest and around the calf where it is the widest. Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference and take the measurements first thing in the morning, before your legs have started to swell.

The compression socks can be washed at 40°C without fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Air dry.

Remember to wash the compression socks after each use – this helps maintain the material’s elasticity and compression, as the fibres are able to contract again during washing.
