Terms for SMS Marketing

Our SMS marketing service (the “Service” in this text) is operated by Minfot.com (“Minfot.com”, “we” or “us” in this text). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

By consenting to SMS marketing from Minfot.com, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Minfot.com through your mobile operator to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a government “Do Not Call” list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include campaigns, offers and other marketing communications (e.g. abandoned cart reminders).

You understand that your consent to SMS marketing is not a condition of any purchase from Minfot.se. Your participation is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge you for SMS marketing, but you are responsible for any fees and charges associated with text messages that may be charged by your mobile operator. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your mobile operator for details. You are responsible for all costs related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your mobile operator.

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time. Send the keyword STOP to Minfot or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in a text message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further text messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them yourself.

We may change the short code or telephone number used to operate the SMS marketing service at any time, and we will notify you of any changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP requests, sent to a short code or telephone number that we have changed may not be received, and that requests made in such messages may not be processed automatically.

Supported mobile operators are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you obtain a new mobile phone number, you must sign up for SMS marketing using your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, you agree that we are not responsible for any failure, delay or incorrect delivery of information through the Service. We are not responsible for any errors in such information or for any decisions or actions you choose to take, or not take, based on the information or the Service.
