We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. Here you will find information on how to make a return, exchange an item, or submit a claim if something is not as expected.

Can I cancel my purchase?

We operate an automated warehouse system, which means your order is processed immediately after it is placed.

However, you always have a 14-day right of return or exchange from the day you receive your order.

A return shipping label is included in your parcel, which you use to send the order back to us.

If you would like more information or have any questions, please contact our customer service.

What is the return shipping cost?

For returns, a return shipping fee of €9.95 applies. This fee is charged once we have received your return and the return has been processed at our warehouse.

How do I return an item?

Use the return label included in your shipment and drop off your return at your nearest service point. Please keep your receipt as proof of return.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

All refunds are handled via the original payment method you selected at checkout. As soon as your return has been handled by us it usually takes 1-3 business days for the refund to be finalized.

How do I make an exchange?

To make an exchange, simply place a new order on our website. This will also generate a new payment or invoice depending on your chosen payment method.

Your original order will then be refunded once the return has been received and processed.

Claims

How do I submit a claim?

All claims are handled by our customer service team. You can contact us by email at info@minfot.com or by phone at +46 431 72 500 (weekdays 10:00–15:00 CET), and we will assist you.

When submitting a claim, you will usually need to provide supporting information, including:

  • Clear photos of the defect
  • A photo of the product in its entirety
  • Your order number

My product is broken - what warranty do I have?

All claims are handled in accordance with applicable EU consumer law, which gives you a 3-year right to claim a product defect.

A claim must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the issue, and no later than two months after the end of the claim period.

All claims are handled by our customer service team. If your claim is approved, the resolution may be:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund
