How do I pay and what payment methods are available?

When shopping with us, you complete your order and payment at checkout.

Pay later / Instalments (via Klarna)

Depending on your country, you may also be able to choose:

  • Pay later (invoice)
  • Pay in instalments
  • Pay in full at a later date

Why is my payment not going through?

If your payment is not accepted, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Check your payment details

    Make sure all card details are correct, including card number, expiry date, and CVC code (if paying by card).
  2. Check your personal information

    Ensure that all required details are filled in correctly.
  3. Check mobile payment details

    If using Apple Pay or Google Pay, make sure the correct device and card are selected.
  4. Outstanding invoices (Klarna)

    If you have unpaid invoices with Klarna, this may affect your ability to complete new purchases.

If the issue persists, please contact your bank or our customer service for assistance.

How do I know if the payment has been charged?

When you place an order and choose a direct payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), the amount is initially reserved on your account.

The payment is completed and the funds are charged once your order is shipped from our warehouse.

How do I know that Minfot is a safe and secure online store?
