How to shop
How do I shop with you?
To place an order, you need a valid email address.
Once you have found the product(s) you want to buy, select the size if applicable and click “Add to cart”. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
At the top right of the page you will find your shopping cart, showing the number of items you have added. By clicking the cart, you can also see your order total.
When you are ready, go to checkout and enter your customer details. You can choose from several secure payment methods, including card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna.
Available Klarna options may include pay now, pay later, or instalment payments depending on your country.
Once your purchase is completed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately to your email address.
What does it mean if a product is a “pre-order item”?
If a product is marked as a “pre-order item”, it is not currently in stock in our warehouse. Instead, it is ordered from one of our suppliers after your purchase is completed. Pre-order items are normally shipped within 2–5 business days.
Can I reserve a product?
It is not possible to reserve products on the website. However, you are welcome to contact our customer service and we can help you place a pre-order if you want to secure a product when it becomes available again.
About your order
I can’t complete my order in checkout. Why is that?
First, make sure that all required information has been filled in correctly.
Other possible reasons include:
- A temporary issue with the payment provider
- An invalid discount code
- A temporary technical issue
Please try again after checking the above. You can also try placing the order using a different device or browser.
If the issue persists, contact our customer service and we will help you.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address before completing your order by filling in the shipping details at checkout.
You can also choose a separate billing address if needed.
I entered incorrect details on my order. Can it be changed?
Unfortunately, no changes, additions, or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed, as processing begins immediately in our automated systems.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If you cannot find it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be due to an incorrect email address or that the order was not completed successfully.
Please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact our customer service and we will assist you.
