We usually reply to emails and social media messages within 24 hours on business days.

You always have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. You can read more about our return policy here.

Please always use the prepaid return shipping label included in your delivery. Inside your parcel, you will also find a packing slip with a return form printed on the back.

Fill in the return form by marking whether you would like a return or exchange, and state the reason for your return. Place the form inside your return parcel and attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

Then hand in the parcel at your nearest service point and keep the receipt as proof of shipment.

Returned items must be in unchanged condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure to protect the product packaging by using suitable outer packaging. Do not tape directly onto the product box.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed.

If you change your mind, you can return the order to us after receiving it. Simply use the prepaid return shipping label included in your parcel and mark “Return” along with the reason for the return on the form found on the back of the packing slip.
