Do you have any discounts I can use?

As a new customer, you can sign up for our newsletter and receive 10% off your first purchase. The discount code applies to regular-priced items only and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or campaigns.

After entering your email address in the pop-up or at the bottom of our website, the discount code will be sent to you by email. By subscribing, you will also receive ongoing updates about offers, discounts, and campaigns - so you won’t miss anything.

How do I use your discount codes?

Discount codes sent via our newsletters or email campaigns must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply.

In your shopping cart at checkout, you will find a field called “Discount code or gift card”. Enter your code there and click apply to activate the discounted price.

Please note that discount codes are usually linked to specific campaigns and may only be valid for selected products or offers.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

If your discount code does not work at checkout, please check the following:

  • Is the code still valid? All discount codes have an expiry date.
  • Has the code already been used? Some codes are single-use only.
  • Has the code been entered correctly? Check for spelling mistakes or extra spaces.

Offers & Campaigns

Can discount codes be combined with other offers or campaigns?

No. Discount codes apply only to regular-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions or campaigns.

Can I mix products to get volume discounts?

Yes. All socks and compression socks are included in our volume discount. Each item counts individually.

This means that to qualify for a volume discount on, for example, a 5-pack of compression socks, you need to purchase at least three 5-packs.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

You can sign up for our newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of our website. You can also contact customer service if you would like to subscribe.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

At the bottom of every newsletter, you will find an unsubscribe link you can click.
