Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €99.
What is the shipping cost?
Orders below €99 are charged a shipping fee of €7.95.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
No. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in southern Sweden, no customs duties or import fees are added.
You only pay the stated shipping cost if your order is below €99 or if you choose home delivery as an additional service.
Which countries do you deliver to?
On Minfot.com we currently deliver to Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands and Spain.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
If the products are in stock, your order is normally shipped within 1–3 business days.
If the item is a pre-order product, shipping takes 2–5 business days instead.
Estimated delivery times for each product are shown on the product page.
How can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. This email includes a tracking link, where you can follow your delivery.
If you have not received the email within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service for assistance.
How is my order delivered?
All orders are shipped with trusted DPD carriers starting with PostNord in Sweden. When the delivery reaches your country it may be handed over to a local carrier before reaching your pickup point.
I haven’t received a delivery notification. What should I do?
First, check that your telephone number and email is correct in your order confirmation. If it is incorrect, this may be why you have not received a notification.
There may also be a delay with the carrier. Check the delivery status by clicking the trackingnumber listed in your delivery confirmation email.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service and we will help you.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email.
If you have received your order but are missing items, please contact our customer service so we can assist you.
