Do I need to log in to shop with you?

No. You do not need to create an account or log in to place an order with us.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

On each product page, you can see which sizes are available for purchase. The sizes that are visible and selectable are the items we currently have in stock.

Har ni några fysiska butiker eller återförsäljare?

Nej, vi har inga fysiska butiker eller återförsäljare, all vår försäljning sker via vår hemsida och du har alltid 14 dagars ångerrätt, fria byten och en enkel returhantering vilket gör det smidigt för dig att beställa hem de produkter du önskar och prova dem i lugn och ro.

Hur vet jag att mina uppgifter är trygga hos er?

Vi eftersträvar alltid en hög nivå av dataskydd gällande din personliga integritet.

I enlighet med GDPR behandlar vi personuppgifter med samtycke från berörda personer och delar endast information med de personuppgiftsbiträden som vid behov hanterar dina uppgifter, till exempel i samband med orderleverans, betallösningar som Qliro eller teknisk support.

Gift Cards

How do I buy a gift card?

To purchase a gift card, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the gift card page
  2. Select the desired amount (we offer €30, €50, €100, and €150)
  3. Add the gift card to your cart and proceed to checkout
  4. Complete your purchase by selecting a payment method, entering your details, and confirming the order

Once your purchase is completed, the gift card will be sent to your email address within 24 hours (weekdays) with a unique gift card code. If you are giving it as a gift, you can simply forward the email or print it out.

Gift cards are only delivered digitally.

I haven’t received my gift card. What should I do?

First, check that the email address on your order confirmation is correct. If it is, please also check your spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service and we will help you.

How do I use my gift card?

At checkout, enter your gift card code in step 2 (you can enter multiple codes if you have more than one gift card). The amount will then be deducted from your total order value.

Why isn’t my gift card working at checkout?

If your gift card code does not work, please check the following:

  • Make sure the code is entered correctly (no typos or extra spaces)
  • Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be used

If the code is correct and still does not work, please contact our customer service and we will assist you further.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Kan man få ett fysiskt presentkort?

Nej.
